Client Overview:
Wates Construction, appointed Signbox and DNCO Designers for a fast-track delivery of a bespoke signage package. Landsec, a leading commercial property development and investment company wanted to enhance the aesthetics and functionality of the property through bespoke Signage and wayfinding solutions, and glass manifestation.
Project Scope:
The scope of the project included creating a cohesive signage package incorporating 3D bespoke built-up graphics, wayfinding elements, and various designed manifestation. The goal was to achieve a visually stunning and functional design that complemented the building & DNCO requirements and the overall aesthetic of the property.
Collaboration Partners:
Signbox collaborated with DNCO Designers, a creative design agency, to bring their expertise together for this project. The collaborative effort aimed to seamlessly integrate design and functionality into the bespoke signage package.
Design Elements:
Signbox designed and crafted the lightweight bespoke built-up level numbers which were magnetically fixed directly to patina finished brass walls, creating a three-dimensional effect. The internal lighting produce a stunning shadow cast, emphasising the thickness of the numbers and enhancing the overall visual impact
The cycle store featured 3M brick vinyl, providing a soft and detailed wayfinding solution while highlighting the underlying brick texture.
Stencilled typography influenced the pictogram styling, resulting in a coordinated set of beautifully designed wayfinding signs and icons.
Glass manifestation elements were strategically placed to serve both aesthetic and functional purposes, enhancing privacy while contributing to the overall design theme.
A monochrome wayfinding palette was chosen to achieve a refined and elegant finish throughout the property. The colour scheme contributed to a cohesive visual identity, creating a seamless and sophisticated navigation experience for visitors.
Signbox supplied Large Projected reception directory with 3D graphics and cycle route graphics through corridors.
