From monoliths to manifestation and more…..

A roundup of 2022.

It’s been a busy bounce back year at Signbox and we would like to take this opportunity to thank all our customers and supply chain for your support in yet another challenging year.

We have had the pleasure of working alongside professional teams, delivering exciting architectural signage for projects at Netflix, Cadent, Diageo, Marsh McLennan, SQB and so many more.

Following two years of largely remote working, companies and organisations are enticing their people back to the workplace, with refurbished and rebranded office space. Wayfinding, wall art and manifestation graphics all play a valuable part in transforming tired offices and Signbox has the creative and digital print solutions, from concept to completion.

Cadent Case Study.

Signbox has completed an innovative workplace signage project for the new 90,000 sq.ft. headquarters of Cadent at Prospero Ansty Park in Coventry.

The building-wide scheme comprises branding with external and internal wayfinding, extensive glass manifestation and bespoke illuminated meeting room signs across all four floors.

Signbox developed the signage package alongside Resonate Interiors and we were commissioned by leading workplace design and fit-out contractor, McLaren Construction.

Architectural monoliths.

This year has been much about what we do best and there is no better place marker than an architectural monolith. Signbox worked with BDG to deliver external branding and wayfinding for the new Gloucester based HQ of Ecclesiastical Insurance Group (EIG).

The signs were clad with sections of Syreford Cream Cotswold Limestone onto a fabricated and powder coated aluminium structural frame. The colour and specifications reflected architectural details on the new build offices, with the signs top lit with a bespoke LED light housing.

Signbox also supplied internal wayfinding and digitally printed manifestations to reflect BDG’s design intent for the EIG brand.

Inspirational signage that says it all.

We’ve always believed that signs can be exciting as well as functional and, right here at the Signbox Shop, we’ve proved that intelligently designed, ready-to-buy signage solutions can be affordable, environmentally friendly and oh so stylish.

Throughout this year, we have invested time and passion into new product development and our web developers have been busy elves, with the launch of a new look and feel for the New Year.

Our revamp is now live here for all your statutory fire and safety signs to a stunning sustainable range of pictograms, available in exciting new finishes, including a faux Corten steel paint finish.

You’ll find them sitting alongside plaques, nameplates, digital signage, flexible paper insert displays, architectural signs for inside and out and workplace display signs that are freestanding, fixed to the wall and hanging from the ceiling.

On the road to net-zero.

Signbox recognises as an organisation that we play a key role in delivering on the UK commitment to reach ‘net-zero’ carbon emissions as a nation by 2030 and set a standard within our own industry.

Since 2015, we have enjoyed the benefits of installing photovoltaic cells across our entire manufacturing units, feeding energy back into the grid and to power our fleet of EV and hybrid vehicles.

For 2023, we have ordered the first of a number of replacement fully electric vans with a range of 160 miles to deliver on all our local and London projects. So with zero emissions we are well on the road to net-zero…. That has got to be a good sign!
