Durst inks, as used in our Omega fine art printer, have been awarded Greenguard Certificates, having passed the rigorous independent testing before being awarded the certification.
The certificates cover 'Indoor Air Quality' and 'Children and Schools'.

Signbox have just re-launched our e-commerce website www.signboxshop.co.uk to improve the visitor experience and extend the product offer.
Having successfully positioned the company as a single point resource providing consultancy, signage strategy, design, manufacture, project management and installation; a key area of the portfolio of services is the e-shop providing customers with 'off-the-shelf’ signage available with a quick turnaround, typically within a few days from placement of order. Signbox took the view from the outset however that ready-made workplace signs do not have to be utilitarian and purely functional – all the products featured including display, health & safety, desk and door, fire escape, paper insert and wayfinding are high quality and aesthetically pleasing, designed to complement the quality of a customer’s own working environment.

Transform the office environment with digital wallpaper

Signbox have seen a significant increase in demand for their digital wallpaper, as more and more companies appreciate that this cost-effective display treatment can completely transform the look and feel of the office environment. The effect is all the more dramatic now that Signbox have installed a ‘state of the art’ industrial ink jet printer that prints large format graphics at a high resolution of up to 1728 dpi – fine art quality.

This six figure investment paves the way for Signbox to produce signs and large format graphics at production levels in-house at our 1522 m² facility in Egham, Surrey and importantly will mean that we shall be highly competitive on price for a wide range of digitally printed media.

Early in 2007, Signbox were asked to update the reception directory sign as part of the refurbishment of the prestigious office complex of 99 Bishopsgate, London. The developers, Hammerson PLC had the option to install a new sign system, but due to the success of the original rod directory that had been designed and installed by Signbox in 1995; they simply decided to update it.
