Signbox launches new tactile Braille sign system

Signbox Ltd has been appointed sole UK distributor for Pasamano, a unique new Braille and tactile sign element produced by Marcal Sign Systems designed to assist visually impaired visitors navigate unfamiliar surroundings.

Taking it to the edge

Early in 2007, Signbox were asked to update the reception directory sign as part of the refurbishment of the prestigious office complex of 99 Bishopsgate, London. The developers, Hammerson PLC had the option to install a new sign system, but due to the success of the original rod directory that had been designed and installed by Signbox in 1995; they simply decided to update it.
