Recognising the importance of good signing, Signbox has developed the experience, skill and capacity to produce intelligent sign solutions for a wide range of market sectors, including corporate, retail, hotel & leisure, libraries and educational establishments.

The founding Directors of Signbox are Mark Bartlett and Matthew Wilkins, having started their signmaking careers with 3M in the early 80's, working with some of the first CAD design equipment in the UK.

In 1985 they established Signbox Limited as both had a passion for architecture and identified a gap in the marketplace for high quality and well designed signs. The pair have developed the Signkit range of components alongside Shopkit Designs and have received several industry awards for projects using the Signkit systems.

Signbox is a truly design-led sign company and has been involved in many of the highest profile architectural projects in the UK, Europe and around the world. Signbox is perceived as one of the most innovative companies of its type in the UK, continually designing new signage systems and distributing some of the finest products available.

Signbox now employs 29 staff and is accredited as an Investor in People for continued personnel development. Mark & Matthew are still very hands-on and involved with the day to day creative overview, Health & Safety, sales & marketing and quality control.
